The sea is my natural element. When not leading classes along the gorgeous Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, I am found snorkeling in the best snorkeling spots with the aid of this awesome app:

​​In the year since I started this class,

I have not only lost 30 lbs. (and still losing!) but more importantly, I have acquired strong, lean and toned muscle.

 

My body is stronger and more readily able to recover from injuries and the general stressors of frequent overseas travel which include all of the current assaults on our immune health.

​

I am a healthier, happier and stronger person for following this program and fully expect to continue forward with on-going successes...

Donna is a certified instructor in the Burdenko Method of Water Therapy and a Health/Wellness Coach.

 

She has a sense of adventure and fun and uses her vast wealth of wellness culture knowledge to keep her classes challenging and informative whilst working with each individual to ensure a tailored and effective program.  Coco

Jay was determined to regain balance & co-ordination.

 

During his vacation time in Cayman, he set a goal to transition from using a walker, to a cane, and ultimately walk freely without aid. 

 

Within 5 sessions, there was remarkable improvement as he relearned walking and balance in the safety of the pool.
